1. Order Confirmation

Once you submit an order on BIRKENSTOCKY, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. This email will contain a summary of your order, including the products purchased, quantity, and total price. Please review this information carefully. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products, and we reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our sole discretion. An order is considered accepted and a binding contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email.

2. Shipping

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 – 3 business days from the time of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times range from 6 – 12 business days. Delivery times may vary based on factors such as your location and carrier services. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1 Return Policy

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
